On 27 December 2019, Generali GEF, a private equity fund, became a 75% owner of the company EKO papir d. o. o. The remaining equity share of the company continues to be owned by the Matošić family. The fund is committed to preserving the company’s family tradition, so the company will still be managed by Krešimir Matošić. Through its equity shareholding, Generali GEF wishes to enhance the financial stability of the company EKO papir and continue helping it in the future to achieve its planned growth. We would like to thank Darko Matošić for everything that he has done for EKO papir and we undertake to properly ensure that his lifelong project continues to be the pride of the entire region and the country.
