Bags are manufactured using modern Japanese machines made by NLI. We offer our buyers bags with flexo prints with up to 6 colours, with a maximum of 32 lines per cm, or bags without a print, with grammage of 70–110 g. Our annual capacity is at about 200 million bags, and it has been constantly increasing as we have been purchasing new machinery and improving our productivity.
We defined particular standard dimensions, which can, however, be easily adjusted to your wishes and needs (the dimensions are presented as width + fold x height):
- 18+8×22 cm
- 22+10×28/36 cm
- 26+14×29 cm
- 26+12×35 cm
- 26+14×31 cm
- 26+17×25 cm / 26+17×28 cm
- 26+19×25 cm
- 32+12×41 cm
- 32+17×25 cm / 32+17×27 cm
- 32+17×38 cm / 32+17×41 cm / 32+17×44 cm
- 32+22×24 / 32+22×27 cm
- 35+17×24 cm
- 45+17×46 cm / 45+17×48 cm up to 2 colours
- The minimum quantity is 5,000 pcs (the exception is printing with 5 or 6 colours, where the minimum quantity is 10,000 pcs).
- Non-standard fold or height = the minimum quantity is 50,000 pcs.
- Completely non-standard dimension = the minimum quantity is 100,000 pcs
